I wanted to share this week’s meditation practice. I have found it to be very helpful.
It comes from Thich Nhat Hanh, the Zen Buddhist monk.
Find a comfortable seat, come to
observe the gentle breath’s flow in and out.
As you breathe in, say mentally:
Breathing in, I calm my body and mind.
As you breathe out, mentally say:
Breathing out, I smile.
